Police Aim to Curb Online Drug Dealing
TEMPO Interactive, Jakarta:The Makassar Precinct Anti-Drugs Force seized 100 grams of methamphetamines from Johannah Sattal, 40, at around 10 p.m. local time on Tuesday. Johannah was arrested at her house on Jl. Cendrawasih V Lorong 10. The drugs worth Rp200 million were stashed in courier service packages and were confiscated by police. The envelope stated that the sender was Prima Online. “We suspect this to be an online narcotics business. We are still investigating,” said Comr. Anwar Danu, the Anti-Drugs Force chief, on Wednesday. The packages were reportedly sent from Jakata. However, the identity of the sender has not been revealed. “The sender was not an individual,” said the commissioner. TRI YARI KURNIAWAN
