Garuda Admits to Frequent Delays
TEMPO Interactive, Jakarta:"About 15 percent of Garuda's services have not been good enough due to frequent delays," admitted Garuda Marketing and Sales Director Elisa Lumbantoruan at Garuda office Thursday, June 7, 2012. Elisa admitted that passengers suffered more disadvantages caused by the delays. Elisa attributed 50 percent of the delays to Garuda-related factors, while the rest to other factors, like the airports. She said Garuda would promote its performance so it would become more efficient and would increase the percentage of on-time schedules. SUNDARI
