New Honda CR-V Books Sales Record Post Launch
TEMPO Interactive, Jakarta:A remarkable sales record has been set by the New Honda CR-V, which was launched on April 26. The new sports utility vehicle (SUV) from Honda recorded a sales figure of 1,853 units after its launch, the largest contributor to Honda’s sales figure throughout April 2012. The overall sales figure was 3,732 units.
During the first three months of 2012, only 874 units of the CR-V were sold. April sales figures have improved the numbers to 2,727 units for the Honda CR-V.
Jonfis Fandy, Honda marketing director, said that he was happy the New Honda CR-V had been well received by the public.
“We believe that Honda sales will increase along with the launch of our new products and the improvement of our production capacity for the Honda Jazz, Honda CR-V, and Honda Feed at the Honda factory,” said Jonfis in a press release on Wednesday.
