TEMPO Interactive, MAGELANG:The Yogyakarta Volcanic Technology Development and Research Center (BPPTK) is holding an exhibition disaster mitigation around Mt. Merapi from December 19 – 24 in Magelang. The expo titled, “Living in Harmony with Merapi” displays 100 photographs from the geology agency and print media collections. “We want the public to know that disaster mitigation has been conducted since the colonial era,” BPPTK chief Subandrio told Tempo yesterday.
