Berkas Nuh Sudah Lengkap

Berkas penyidikan Muhamad Nuh alias Cholid alias Olit bin Mujitaba, tersangka kasus peledakan bom di Restoran A&W Kramat Jati Indah Plasa, telah dinyatakan lengkap (P-21) oleh Kejaksaan Tinggi DKI Jakarta.
"Tanggal 25 Januari lalu sudah dinyatakan P-21," kata Kepala Bidang Humas Polda Metro Jaya, Komisaris Besar Polisi Ketut Untung Yoga, Kamis (1/2).
Penyidik Datasemen 88 Anti Teror telah menyerahkan berkas itu sejak tanggal 15 Desember 2006. "Belum pernah dikembalikan untuk dilengkapi, langsung P-21," kata Kepala Detasemen 88, Komisaris Besar Hasanudin.
Tersangka dan barang buktinya, kata Hasanudin, akan segera dilimpahkan ke kejaksaan. "Dalam minggu-minggu depan," ujar dia.
