The investigation conducted by IndonesiaLeaks, a platform for the public to report scandals of public officials or private sectors in Indonesia, revealed the indication of the destruction of evidence at the KPK.

Roland and Harun, were said to be responsible for the destruction of the red-colored bankbook, a record of financial transactions belonging to the owner of Sumber Laut Perkasa company Basuki Hariman, a KPK suspect in a bribery case entnangling the former Chairman of the Constitutional Court, Patrialis Akbar. The red book contained the name of the National Police Chief Gen. Tito Karnavian. Related to that, Aziz asked Tito to remain focused on his duties.
