Judas Priest Invites Jokowi to Concert

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - International heavy metal band Judas Priest will hold its world tour concert on December 7, 2018, at Ecopark Ancol Jakarta. Through its official Twitter account, the band invited Indonesian President Joko "Jokowi" Widodo to attend the concert.

"We cordially invite you to attend our show on 7th December at Ecopark Ancol and will be extremely honoured by your acceptance, Judas Priest is very excited to visit your beautiful country and perform in Jakarta! Best Regards Judas Priest," said the Twitter account stated.

The band's concert tickets will be sold at IDR 450,000 for the early bird period, and IDR 650,000 for the regular period.

Judas Priest is one of the bands idolized by President Jokowi, he had watched the band's concert abroad in 2012. Previously, during Metallica's concert at Gelora Bung Karno a few years ago, Jokowi had asked the concert promoter to invite Judas Priest.
