One of the witnesses examined was the victim's personal driver. The driver was reported to accompany Hari while resting at the villa on Friday night, March 9. "The witness saw the victim walked to the lower part of the villa building in front of Ciliwung River," Andi said.
The villa located on Jalan Hankam Cisarua District was flanked by two streams of Ciliwung River. "At that time, the current was quite strong," he said. Based on the driver's information, the villa could not be reached using the vehicle so that the car was left on the neighbor's villa.
"The victim ordered his driver back upstairs to get water from the car," Andi stated. The driver saw his employer went down to the riverside. However, when he returned, Hari was missing.
"The victim possibly had fallen into the river," said Andi. The body then was found the next morning about 100 meters from the villa, stuck between the rocks.
