TEMPO.CO, Bali - Bali is expected to be one of quality tourism destinations after given the title as the second most beautiful island by Leisure Travel Magazine.

“We must be able to attract quality tourists, not only mass tourism as it is now”said the Governor of Bali I Made Mangku Pastika at the pressconference, Tuesday, January 5 2016.

Therefore, the future target and goals are the quality, not only quantity of the tourists. In the current era of ASEAN Economic Community (AEC), Balinese should be able to find any opportunities and challenges so they will be able to compete with other ASEAN countries.

Pastika said, that Balinese people need to know their strengths and weaknesses, “Bali have a lot of opportunities, we need to overcome our weaknesses dan improve the quality of our strengths.”
